How to Speak Dog

June 8, 2022 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Free

Do you love your little Sparky, but find yourself frustrated, too?  Wondering why Fido does things he “knows” he shouldn’t?  Wish you could spend less time tugging the leash, saying “no”, avoiding meeting other dogs,  or cleaning up messes?  This class is an introduction to understanding your dog.  You’ll learn the basics of how to communicate effectively to fix problem behaviors and have a more fun, fluid, and relaxed relationship with your furry best friend.

Your instructor:  Laurel Saville is a certified professional dog trainer with a certificate in Applied Animal Behavior who specializes in teaching humans how to get the most from their relationships with their dogs.

This class is FREE but registration is required. It will be taking place in person at the Whatcom Humane Society on Wednesday, May 8th from 6-7:30pm. Humans only, as pets will not be allowed to attend.

Having trouble signing up or just have a question? Call or email Auna at 360-733-2080 ex. 3116 or outreach@whatcomhumane.org.
