Meet Cadbury! This little girl has been through a lot in her short life and is ready to find her loving forever home. She is one of many animals that came to the Whatcom Humane Society after the tragic Hohl’s Feed & Seed fire. Despite this trauma, she is a sweet, friendly girl who just wants love. Like all rabbits, she will need a home with a nice roomy cage and plenty of timothy hay to munch on. It is also important to supply daily fresh veggies and commercial rabbit pellets to make sure that she is happy and healthy. At the shelter she LOVES getting out of cage time and exploring her environment. Once she has done a lap or two she will flop down to take a nice rabbit nap. If you think this bun is the one, come down to WHS and fill out an application to meet her.
This Saturday (March 2nd) from 2-5 pm, Whatcom Humane Society will hold a Name-Your-Own-Adoption-Fee event for all of these survivors, including rabbits, hamsters, gerbils, and domestic rats.  If you are interested in meeting any of these great critters, this is your chance to check them out!
