Bentley is a very goofy, fun loving dog!  He loves to play tug of war, fetch balls and play in the snow. He is young and still has some things to learn, such as proper manners on leash.  Bentley has a bite history with children so we are most comfortable sending him to an adult only home.  He shows some signs of resource guarding which is something he will need help with in his new home.  He might be able to live with another dog if it is the right match.  He should not live with cats or small animals as they are just too exciting for him to ignore. Bentley is known to be anxious and will bark at noises, strangers and anything he deems scary. This sweet boy is a bit of a project dog but with the right person he will make a wonderful companion!  Bentley will need to be signed up for positive reward based classes before his adoption can be finalized. This will help him build the confidence he needs and start the bond with his new forever family.  We are currently collecting applications for this handsome boy.  Please come by the shelter if you are interested!

**Adoption applications submitted for puppies under one year of age will initially be put on file for review only. Due to the large volume of interest in puppies available for adoption we do not facilitate same day introductions.
